More About Designing an Ageless Mind
Since the early 2000s, Lynne and Josh Berrett have been pioneers in a holistic approach to aging that transforms it into a dynamic process of renewal. Their initial venture, Music and Happiness, combined Josh’s expertise as a musician and musicologist with Lynne’s training in Positive Psychology coaching to focus on “mindful listening” for brain health.
By 2015 this had evolved into the Ageless Mind Project, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit that offers a variety of ways for members to engage online with experts on aging as well as learn from one another and participate in activities designed to enhance their overall well-being as they grow older.
In this program, you'll:
Discover how aging can be a period of significant growth and transformation for you, not just a time of physical change.
Identify and engage in activities that align with scientific research on aging well and personally resonate with you so that they become sustainable parts of your lifestyle.
Learn how you can actively participate in a supportive, vibrant online community that promotes continuous learning and personal development. Josh will give you a live sample of an activity!
