Another way to include them in your diet is to use Mushroom Powder. I'm attaching the recipe for Mushroom Bombes, a treat I regularly make. No cooking! And I can control the size of each one.
You may not be familiar with many of the ingredients, but over the past 5 years they have become staples in my kitchen because of their contributions to health. I double the recipe to make 4, then cut those into 16 pieces. and freeze them. Thank you, Ellen Britt, for creating this recipe.
