Description: This event will discuss identity in Second Life and the effect it can have on mental health, which in turn affects brain health and well-being. This will make use of personal anecdotes from both myself and Serenity Kitty when we changed avatars in late March. This will tie into aging well by showing how the removal of stressors can improve cognition, memory, and mood, and how these benefits can be translated over the long-term.
